For those wishing to purchase an aftermarket similar adapter, here are the specs. Note: when purchasing take note of the polarity as shown with the positive to the centre terminal with the negative on the outer.
Here is a picture. This is the the UK adapter only.

Thanks for sharing! Do you know the size of the jack? (I can't quite tell if it's 5.5/2.1mm or 5.5/2.5mm)

I checked it with a cocktail stick which was 1.95mm and it was too loose. I then checked with a skewer which is 2.79mm. I marked two pen marks on it, the outer was 2.79 and a mark on the tapered end that I measured at 2.5mm. Note the final picture with the pen mark showing is the outer mark at 2.79mm.

It fitted perfectly, so quite confident it is 2.5mm. See pictures.
