Hi All,
I was trying to change my payment for the R2D2 Model when I found out my account was missing. I contacted ModelSpace and was told by Cheryl that they cancelled my subscription because of me not updating my credit card.
Then she told me I could purchase the rest of the R2D2 kit for $344 but I was also missing Pack 17. She then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they were going to do for me and that now I could not purchase the rest of the kit. I have sent many emails back to Cheryl and she will not reply. I have asked to talk to someone higher up but there is no reply so now I have a kit that I have hundreds of dollars into that I can't finish because of ModelSpace.
Is there anyone that can help me.
