Here we go with a new Pack on a new Day. Woot Woot

This pack covers Issues 23 - 26.

Issues 23 and 24 will see the completion of the Left Arm, with Issues 25 and 26 starting the Left Hand construction. This will include the Thumb, Index Finger, Middle Finger and Ring Finger. The Left Hand and its connection to the Left Arm will be completed in the next pack. (Issues 27 - 28). More on the next pack later (Still have three more issues to go in this pack.LOL)


So, onto Issue 23 where we will complete the Upper Arm and the Shoulder Joint, the parts for which are shown in Pic 1.

Complete the Upper Arm with the Gold coloured Arm Plate being careful to align the locating pins in line with the holes, or the pins may get damaged. Pic 2.

Continue by placing the Shoulder Support into position. Pic 3.

In the next stage we put the spring in place and feed the Shoulder Frame Pin through the centre of the parts. The correct spring orientation and the location of the pin are all shown in Pic 4.

That concludes this Issue and the end result is shown in Pic 5.


Issue 24 will finish the arm (without the hand) by the addition of the Left Shoulder Armour.


Updates should be coming a little faster for a while as I have some more construction already completed. Blink

Playing a bit of catch-up as I`ve been busy fitting out part of a narrow boats galley. Not an easy task when its been adapted over the years and not enough space to swing a (small) cat.LOL LOL

This update is for Issue 24, where the Shoulder Plates complete the Left Arm.

As per, the parts supplied with this issue are shown in Pic 1.

To start, orientate the two Shoulder Plates as shown in Pic 2.

Insert a pivot into one side as shown in Pic 3 and fix it in place with a GM screw Pic 4. Then repeat for the other side. Pic 5.

To complete the Shoulder Plates fit a Shoulder Cap over each of the GM screws. Pic 6 and 7. The completed Shoulder Plates are now shown in Pic 8.

The last task for this issue, is to fix the Shoulder Plates onto the Shoulder Joint. Position the sprung loaded Shoulder Support (of the shoulder joint) inside the newly constructed shoulder plates and fix them together using two IP screws as in Pic 9.

The Left Arm is now complete Pic 10 and the Left Hand construction will start in the next issue (25).

Well, there`s just a Thumb and the Index Finger to construct in Issue 25 and as they replicate the same digits from the Right Hand, I`ll make this brief.Blink

The parts supplied are in Pic 1:

Where parts for the Thumb are marked 1L and the parts for the Index Finger 2L.

Pic 2: shows the completed Thumb with the screw identified.

Pic 3: shows the completed Index Finger with screws identified.

Pic 4: is of the completed digits of this issue.

Well, we are at the end of this pack with an update for Issue 26. ThumpUp

A small update, but we are now only a couple of Issues from completing the Left Arm including the hand.

This issue builds up the Middle and Ring Finger of the Left Hand, parts of which are shown in Pic 1.

The Middle Finger parts are all marked with 3L and the Ring Finger parts with 4L.

As for the previous Thumb and Index Finger constructions, I have posted one pic for each to show the completed construction with notation of the screws used.
