Eagle wrote:USA site now working Hi Eagle, This is a very new item as far as availability is concerned. So may have taken time for it to kick in. As its now working in the USA I have taken the liberty of changing the Title of the thread and added links on how to subscribe below. It looks like a very nice build and as soon as I get more info it will be posted on this forum. Yeah me too. It’s like the GT40 subscription though. No magazines with the kits. I suspect the translation from original languages to English is cost prohibitive, and I honestly don’t need more stacks of printed paper lying around anyways. So online pdfs are cool with me. When I log in and go to my account, there is an instructions tab for my ongoing subscriptions, and there are two place holders showing for pack 1 and pack 2. There is simply no link or anything to click on to get the actual document. So maybe whoever is in charge of building the website just needs to go back and recheck their work or add the links. -Dustin

Hi Dustin, I`ve done a bit of digging and here`s what I`ve found. UK subscriptions should get magazines. Pic 1. USA subscriptions should get digital downloads. Pic 2. Not sure as to why there is a difference, but can only suggest that you contact USA customer services early next week if the downloads are still not available. It may just be that they haven't tied parts distribution with the availability of the downloads. If having done that without a satisfactory answer, feel free to PM myself and I`ll see if I can find out a timeline for you. Thanks for the digging Derek. I sent customer service a message with a screenshot of what I'm seeing, so hopefully they can sort it out. -Dustin

Hi Dustin, This is just a thought whilst waiting for replies. Do you have access to your "customer portal" as there may be an access to downloads on there? Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

UPDATEI have just received confirmation from C/S that the USA subscribers to the Lotus 97T should be able to download instructions for this build via their LOG-IN page. Please let me know if this is NOT the case and I`ll ask more questions. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Like I said before, someone needs to go back and recheck their work. I try not to be a man of wasted words... I am already questioning the sanity of reengaging with a brand that just ripped me off for 60% of an unfinishable Jaguar kit, only to follow up immediately with a complete inattention to detail. It does not bode well. I may have a high tolerance for risk, but even I have my limits... ...make this make sense...($$$ for what?) -Dustin

Hi Dustin, As I have said before "I understand your frustration", but please do not come onto the forum with a rant. I am doing my best to assist you and ranting is not the best way forward. I have downloaded the screenshot you supplied and on issue 1 it says "I`ve completed this". So before I get back to C/S have you managed to download issue 1 and not issue 2, or have you had no joy with either of them. A calm response will be appreciated and worked on. For what it is worth; I checked on my profile page and found both steps one and two downloads available. I am a USA subscriber.
If need be; I could photo and send the assembly stages to you, PM if you want.

Could I ask when you had the downloads available, as it may/may not be an issue with just Dustin`s portal, or they may have just become available if yours have just appeared. Thanks again for helping out. Regards delboy271155 (Derek) COME BACK GUY FAWKES "YOUR COUNTRY NEEDS YOU"

Dustin, could you please let me know if your downloads are now showing. If not I will take it up with CS to see if there could be an issue with your customer portal. UPDATEIt appears, that from my enquiries some adjustments needed to be made to the download pages for the USA.
Eagle has posted above that the downloads have appeared on his Customer Portal, so at this time I am assuming that the downloads should now be available to all USA customers.
If you are in a different position, then feel free to PM me or post here what issues you are experiencing.
