Hi All,
Well I`ve finished the first issue of this pack, issue 67.
The parts supplied are shown in Pic 1.
Point to note: with this issue there are several places where orientation of the parts is critical, so I will do my best to point these out as we progress.
In Pic 2 you can see that the right pelvis support is curved and the end indicated by the Blue circle has a tighter curve than the other end. It is the end with the tighter curve that fits to the right pelvis armour and is secured with an OP screw as in Pic 3. The screw should be tight enough so that the support will move, but also stay in any position you place it in.
Retrieve the rotational base from issue 66 (the one marked with an "R")
Now, fit this part to the opposite end of the support, making sure that the orientation is as shown in Pic 4 and secure it with an OP screw. This screw should be tightened in the same manner as the last one. If this part is fixed incorrectly it will not fit into the central shell as it should in the next step.
Retrieve the central shell from issue 66 and position the rotational base inside the shell and fix it in place using two PP screws as indicated in Pic 5.
Turn the parts over that you just fixed together and it should be the same as shown in Pic 6. You should also be able to move the pelvic armour plate as per Pic 7.
The left pelvic armour is constructed in exactly the same manner as the right, albeit a mirror version. The support for the left hand side is shown in Pic 8, with the end with the tighter curve indicated by the circle as before.
Recover the left rotational base from issue 66 and build up the left pelvic armour as shown in Pic 9, then fix this assembly to the other side of the pelvic shell attaching it using two PP screws. Pic 10.
That completes the construction in this issue. You should be able to raise the pelvic armour on both sides Pic 11 and lower them back in place as per Pic 12.
See you all soon for the issue 68 update.

Ok, Hi All,
Here we go with the next update for this pack, its time for Issue 69 Left hip plate.
This is a bit of a repetition of Issue 68, but a mirror image for the opposite side.
Parts supplied shown in Pic 1.
Position the Left Support Base inside the Left Hip Plate, setting it onto the two locating pins and secure it using a BP screw. Pic 2.
Next position the Left Swinging Support as shown in Pic 3 and secure it using an OP screw.
Pic 4 shows the opposite side of this assembly and finishes this Issue.
Issue 70 will bring together some of the central pelvic assemblies, which I have completed, except for final picture editing and script writing. So will be here soon.

Ok lets continue:
We carry on with the rest of Issue 70 in Part B.
More careful juggling required here, so as before take care not to break anything. Before you close anything up check alignment of all the parts.
To start bring the assembly from the last update, the Shell from issue 67 along with the hip sections from issues 68 and 69. All shown in Pic 1.
Next as shown in Pic 2: Position the hip plates from issues 68 and 69 as shown and note that they will not lay straight at this time.
Bring the Shell from issue 67 back to your work space. Pic 3.
The Shell will now join up with the previous assembly, but you must be very careful to make sure that the pivot pins are located as highlighted in the squares in Pic 4. When you are sure everything is in place, secure the assembly using two LP screws as shown in Pic 5. The final fixing point is with a QP screw as shown in Pic 6.
This assembly and issue is now complete. I have added two pictures of the assembly with the moveable panels open Pic 7 and closed in Pic 8.
Coming soon: Issues 71 - 74 where the hip section continues and we get into the basic stand that`s supplied as norm.
