,All the screws in these issues are for plastic. Do not overtighten.

Box 13 Issues 51-54

Issue 51 Center console
Step 1 Retrieve the center console, 50D from the last box. Mount it to part 51A with 2BP screws.
Step 2 Insert the shifter column into the center console. The shifter will only mount one direction.
Step 3 & 4 I started Step 3 by putting the E-brake in place (Step 4). I then put the control panel together (Step4) as shown.
Step 5 Attach the control panel to the center console, 51A, with a BP screw.
Step 6 Attach the hinge to the glove box cover, using 2HP screws. The hinge should fold into the cover.
Step 7 Secure the cover to the center console with 2HP screws.
Step 8 Unplug the wire from the chassis circuit board marked ā€œVā€.
Step 9 Put the light end of the wire assembly through The indicated hole in the transmission tunnel, then into the hole of the center console. Join the two parts, 50A and 51A, with 2DP screws.
Step 10 Put the seatbelt buckles together as shown.

Issue 52 Mount the transmission tunnel and center console to the interior tub.
Step 1 & 2 Mount the two seatbelt buckles to the transmission tunnel with BP screws.
Step 3 Place the connecting plate on the transmission interior tub as shown. Secure with 2BP screws.
Step 4 Place the connecting piece 1 onto the tub as shown securing with 2BP screws.
Step 5 Place the connecting piece 2 onto the tub as shown securing with 2BP screws.
Step 6 & 7 Put the center console onto the transmission tunnel. Secure with 4BP screws.

Issue 53 Build and mount the pedals and seatbelt straps.
Step 1 Attach the brake pedal to the pedal bracket, 53A, using a JP screw.
Step 2 Put the spring onto the brake pedal and the pedal bracket, as shown, secure with 2HP screws.
Step 3 Attach the accelerator pedal to the pedal bracket using a JP screw. Make sure the pedal is aligned with the notch on the pedal bracket.
Step 4 Attach the pedal bracket assembly to the tub with 2AP screws.
Step 5 Put the other side of the seatbelts together using an HP screw each.
Step 6 & 7 Attach the seatbelt buckles to the tub as shown using a KP screw each.

Issue 54 Firewall and brake parts
Step1 Mount the Brake servo to the firewall with a BP screw from the backside.
Step 2 Put the reservoir cover and fluid reservoir together with a BP screw.
Step 3 Push the master cylinder onto the fluid reservoir. Note the orientation of the master cylinder.
Step 4 Press the master cylinder into the brake servo.
