We had a little snow above 7000-8000 ft last month. Leaves are turning yellow and are falling at every puff of wind. Winter is on the way. Hoping for a good snow season, maybe not quite as good as last year. Still haven’t finished all the outdoor stuff from all the ice and snow. Getting close. I don’t know what last years total was, it was way over my head.

On with the build!

Box 14 Issues 55-58

Issue 55 Working on completing the firewall
Steps 1,2,3
Mount the fuse box, wiper motor, and heater core as shown.
Step 4
I waited until the end of this issue to mount the wiring sleeve.
Step 5
Assemble the two parts of the coolant tank. I scraped the plating off the joining part of the tank cover, 55E, to get it to fit onto the tank, 55F.
Step 6
Mount the coolant tank to the heater housing as shown.
Step 7
Mount the heater housing assembly to the firewall as shown.
Add the wiring sleeve, issue 55 is complete.

Issue 56 Build the seat base
Step 1
Stuff the seat padding onto the drivers seat, under the seat tabs.
Step 2
Place the seat base onto the seat, under the seat tabs.
Steps 3 and 4
Secure the seat base with DP screws.
Issue 56 is complete

Issue 57 Mount frame and adjustment parts to the drivers seat
Step 1
Put the seat pivot parts together. Orient the parts correctly.
Step2
Attach the seat pivot to the seat as shown with a BP screw.
Step 3
Attach the seat frame to the seat plate with DM screws. Orient the parts correctly.
Step 4
Secure the seat plate to the seat with BP screws.
Issue 57 is complete.

Issue 58 Mount the backrest and attach the seat to the floor panel
Step 1
Mount the seat pad and frame to the backrest front under the backrest tabs.
Step 2
Secure backrest parts with MP and LP screws.
Step 3
Fit the two parts of the seat together as shown and secure with a BP screw.
Step 4
Place the seat back onto the completed seat assembly. Secure with BP screws. Place the seatback cover onto the seatback. This is a press fit.
Step 5
Place the seat pin connector onto the completed seat assembly. Secure with a BP screw.
Step 6
Peel The sticker backing off both sides of the sticker and place as shown.
Step 7
Secure the completed seat to the floor pan with GM screws.

Box 14 is completed
