I have a Premium Subscription and was expecting Package 5 in mid-December. Is anyone else having delay problems in the USA?

Hi, There has been a delay in the UK, which has just sorted in the last week. Your best source of information would be customer services, whose contact information should be on the paperwork you receive with each pack. This is the transcript of my online chat with their USA customer service which are basically canned responses. I guess we’ll see if anything changes in another 2 weeks:

The estimated delivery time is 14 business days, however the estimated delivery time may also be varying by the courier. (10:10:01) Me That’s the same answer I got 2 weeks ago. Like I said, CS is the best source of information albeit canned. There are email avenues that you could follow, should you not like canned responses.
Part/supply distribution is in turmoil all over the world due to ongoing issues that are affecting shipping of goods of all sorts.
All I can say is ask the question and give it some time to sort. I have just received some parts after a two month delay.
