I have won myself a 1/48 Airfix jaguar off of Fleabay and have bought a set of decals for the display variant that I used to work on.

Now I am spending my time on the bay buying all the upgrades I can find to try and make this a really nice model to remind me of my youth.

Already bought is;
White metal ejection seat
White metal undercarriage
Resin and PE cockpit details(I will see which looks better)

If any one knows of any sources of upgrades for this model the info would be most great full.

Obviously this will be getting built when I get back from Afghan, cant wait only four weeks to go.

When the build starts I will do a diary of my feeble efforts.

If you are still seeking an etched set for the Jaguar take at look at Hannants or Relish models.

Eduard do an etch set for the Airfix kit (Eduard EDK1131) and was still in stock when I last checked
