To cut a longish story short, my dog, bless her, thought she'd help with my build and has chewed and swallowed some bits from parts 1 and 2 (Stage 1).

These things happen, so I contacted customer support to see if I could purchase a new stage 1, and to enquire how do I go about it. My fault the parts are damaged and I'm perfectly happy to pay whatever the cost is for replacement parts.

Their reply is that I must send them pictures of the damaged parts to enable them to send me out a new stage 1. Unfortunately I'm unable to take pictures inside my dog's stomach.

If it's this much hassle to try and pay for new part 1 and 2 then I'm going to give up building this as what happens if I need to order a new part 73 in a few months time?

Very frustrated and annoyed, but pleased that I've come across this now and not at part 73.

Hi, Blink Blink

Firstly I hope the dog is Ok.

Unfortunately CS work to a script, especially if you contacted them via the chat system.

Private Message me with your details and the order number from the included paperwork of the damaged parts and I`ll see what I can find out. Please do not put this info on the open forum.
