STAGE 15:

These parts will allow you to begin assembling a front wheel.

There are three components in this pack:
The front left tyre – 15A, a narrow wheel rim – Part 15B and a wide wheel rim – Part 15C.

Locate the tyre and look closely at the sidewall.
One side has ‘LEFT’ on it, the other side has ‘RIGHT’.

Place the tyre lying flat with the LEFT side facing out.
Locate the narrow rim part 15B and press it into the tyre from the left side.

Turn the wheel over and press the wider rim part 15C into place on the right side of the tyre, making sure the fixing tabs are all aligned inside the wheel.

Store this assembly safely for now.

STAGE 16:

These parts will allow you to complete the front wheel.

Retrieve the wheel assembly from the previous build stage and lay it with the LEFT side facing up.

Fit the wheel rim part 16A into place making sure the screw holes and locating tabs are all in alignment on the reverse of the wheel.

Fix the parts together using 3 x ABM screws.

Store the wheel and the other unused parts safely for the future.

STAGE 17:

These parts will allow you to begin assembling the steering and front right chassis beam.

Locate the steering box and shaft, parts 17D and 17E.
Fit the shaft into the steering box, through the hole in the open face of the part.

Locate the helical shaft, part 17B and fit it into the steering box. It will only fit one way.

Locate the steering box top cover, part 17C and fix it in place on part 17D using 3 x SM screws.

Locate the front right chassis beam, part 17A.
Fit the assembled steering box onto the front end of the chassis beam. It will only fit one way.
Secure the parts using 2 x AAM screws.

Locate the steering idler arm, part 17F.
Fit this part onto the square peg on top of the steering box, taking care that all of the parts are aligned as shown in the picture.
Fix the part in place using 1 x AM screw.

Store this assembly until the next stage.

STAGE 18:

These parts will allow you to begin assembling the main floor/chassis.

Locate the main chassis and centre tunnel, parts 18A and 18B.
Fit the tunnel section to the main chassis, locating the four fixing points correctly.
The part will only fit one way.
Fix in place with 4 x AM screws.

Retrieve the front right chassis beam from the previous stage.
Turn the main chassis, part 18A upside down.
This fixes to the main chassis as shown in the picture. It will only fit one way.
Fix in place using 2 x EM screws.

Store this assembly safely for now.

STAGE 19:

These parts will allow you to continue assembling the main floor/chassis.

Retrieve the main chassis from the previous stage and locate the left chassis beam, part 19C.

Turn the main chassis upside down and fit the beam onto the location points on the chassis as shown in the pictures.
Fix in place using 2 x EM screws.

Store the chassis and the unused parts safely for now.

STAGE 20:

These parts will allow you to continue assembling the main floor/chassis and the front left wheel arch.

Retrieve the main chassis assembly from the previous stages.
Locate the front left wheel arch part 20A.

The wheel arch fits in place over the locating tabs on the front left side of the main chassis and fixes in place using 4 x EM screws.

Locate the fluid reservoir and cap, parts 20B and 20C.
Fit the cap in place on the reservoir and push firmly onto place.

Store all of your parts safely for future use.
