Issue 48

The Pelvis

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Before we start, please note that the magazine states that you have FM screws, you will note that the screws supplied for assembly are EM screws not FM as stated.

Take the recess of the lower lumbar joint support (48B) and place the larger friction pad inside followed by the smaller friction pad, pictures 2 and 3. Place the lower lumbar joint (48A) into the recess of the support, picture 4. Attach the lower lumbar support 2 (48C) using 4 x AM screws, picture 5.

Retrieve the assembly from the last issue and secure this assembly in the centre of the upper profile of the pelvis, securing it using 2 x EM screws, picture 6.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Now take the right leg assembly and connect the flat face of the right hip to the flat face of the ball joint, securing it with 2 x CM screws, picture 7.

Make sure the legs close and move out slightly, adjusting the hip screws if necessary. Once adjusted apply a little quick drying glue on the ends of the screws of the hip joints.
