Is everyone else still receiving these? There was supposed to be a hat in pack 6 and a t shirt in pack 9. My 10th pack has just been generated and to date I have only received the poster gift in pack 2!

There are a couple of things to note on this topic.

Subscription gifts are not always supplied by the model manufacturer, especially where clothing items are concerned. So they may be subject to varying delivery schedules.

There is also the availability of an item to consider, which can mean changing an item completely for something different. Plus in some cases where a kit goes to re-release the gifts may change completely or partially, so early and later subscribers will receive different items.

So, the question "what to do if something is missing"? If a gift has been delayed/changed you should receive a letter explaining the delay etc inside the relevant pack. If you do not receive a letter, then contact Customer Services and ask when the item will be dispatched.

As with all items supplied the first point of contact must be Customer Services for any queries.
