Issue 63

The Chest

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.


Retrieve the chest piece from the last issue. Place the speaker (63A) in the circular compartment on the inside as shown in picture 2.

Place the bracket (63B) in place over the speaker and secure it in place using 2 x EP screws, picture 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 64

The Chest

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.


Attach the inner chest plate (64A) to the inside of the chest piece, so that the holes line up the screw holes, picture 2.

Secure it in place using 4 x EP screws as shown in picture 3.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 65

The Chest

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.


Take the circuit board (65A) and place it into the chest part as shown in picture 2. Place the washers over the screw post, picture 3 and secure the circuit board using the QP screws supplied, picture 4.

Attach the speaker cable to the board as shown in picture 5 making sure the pins match the holes in the connector.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 66

The Waist


Fit the lumbar support part 1 (66A) onto the lumbar connector as shown in pictures 1 and 2. Secure in place using 2 x EP screws, picture 3.

Fit the lumbar connector part 2 (66B) on the rear and secure using 2 x EP screws, picture 4.

That completes the assembly for this issue.
