As title, I'm thinking of cancelling this subscription. I haven't received a pack for 2 months now. They are saying that pack 13 is out of stock and has been for the last 6 weeks. And they have taken payment for my pack 14 10 days ago and my account is still saying 'very soon' and hasn't even moved to the 'preparing package' stage yet. Is anyone else experiencing delay issues?
