Issue 79
Picture 1 shows the parts for this issue.
Assembling the Left Shoulder Take the outer shoulder (79A) and place the spring (79E) inside, picture 2. Place the joint gear (79C) over the top, picture 3. Feed the shaft (79F) through the hole as shown in pictures 4 and 5.
Connect the joint gear (79C) with the shoulder assembly from the last issue and secure it with a CM screw, pictures 6 and 7.
Now attach the two assemblies so that the notches match, picture 8. Place the outer support (79B) over the outer support (79A) and secure it in place using a DP screw, picture 9. Place 2 x CP screws into the holes as illustrated in picture 10.
Retrieve the arm assembly from issue 78 and attach the new assembly to the inside top of the arm using 3 x EM screws as shown in pictures 11 and 12.
That completes the assembly for this issue.

Fit the ball joint (81B) over the top of the friction blocks, picture 3.
Now connect the assembly to the other lower neck support (81C) and secure them in place using 3 x EP screws, picture 4.
Secure the assembly to the rear shoulder support (81A) as shown in picture 5, using 2 x EP screws.
Retrieve the left arm from issue 80 and insert the left shoulder joint sleeve (80B) into the joint cover.

Issue 82
Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue
The Right Shoulder Place the friction block (82C) inside the right shoulder joint internal support (82B), picture 2.
Please note, I only used one of the friction blocks in the support as using the two makes it near impossible to connect the final assembly together. I also found that just using the one was more than sufficient.
Place the ball joint (82E) over the friction block and then bring together the other shoulder internal support (82A). Secure them by using 3 x CM screws, picture 3.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
