STAGE 92:

Lower chassis panel.

Pic 1: Fit the wood plate 92B into the location at the rear of the chassis panel 92A.
Fix the parts with 2 x DM screws.

Pic 2: Fit the nose panel 91A from the previous stage to the main panel 92A as shown and fix with 5 x TM screws.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 93:

Speaker connections.

Pic 1: Retrieve the PCB 21A from stage 21 and fit it to the chassis base 92A as shown making sure it is oriented correctly.
Fix using 4 x TM screws.

Pic 2: Fit the speaker holder 93A over the locating pins on the chassis as shown.

Pic 3: Fit the speaker 21B in place as shown and connect the plug to the socket at the rear of the PCB.

Pic 4: Fit the speaker bracket in place and fix with 2 x DM screws.

Pic 5: Fit the battery box 21C as shown and fix with 3 x BM screws.

Pic 6: Fit the switch 21C into the recess on the chassis and fix with 2 x NM screws.

Pic 7: Turn the chassis over and clip the battery cover 93C in place.
It will only fit one way.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 94:

Rear diffuser:

Pic 1: Retrieve the main chassis panel 92A and fit the rear exhaust shields 94B and 94C as shown.

Pic 2: Fit the rear diffuser panel and fix with 4 x TM screws.

Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 95A:

Seat, chassis and electrics:

Pic 1: Fit the seat 95A to the chassis and fix with 2 x DM screws.

Pic 2: Locate the green tail light LED wire 21D.

Pic 3: Fit the LED 21D into the hole in the back of the tail light housing 51B.
To do this you may find it easier to disconnect the black tube nearest to you as shown.

Pic 4: With the LED fitted, reconnect the tube.

Pic 5: Feed the green wire 21D along the side of the gearbox and behind the shock absorber unit.

Pic 6: Turn the model over and tape the wire 21D to the floor as shown using 95B tapes.

Pic 7: Pass the two wires 20L and 20M out of the cockpit space and tape them to the floor as shown.

STAGE 95B:

Pic 8: Prop the chassis assembly so it is on its side and position it next to the upturned body.

Pic 9: Connect the wires ‘B’ ‘C’ and ‘D’ to the respective sockets on the PCB.

Pic 10: Carefully fit the chassis to the body making sure all wires are out of the way and not showing.

Pic 10A: You can test the electrics by fitting a battery into the model and pressing the buttons 20L and 20M on the dashboard.
This should activate the tail light and the engine sound.

Pic 11: Secure the nose of the chassis using 1 x IM screw and 3 x DM screws.

Pic 12: Fix the main chassis using 6 x DM screws.

Pic 13: Fix the front corners of the chassis using 2 x DP screws.

Pic 14: Store the model safely for now.

Pic 1: Fit the body rear corner 96A over the four locating holes in the chassis plate as shown and fix using 4 x TM screws.

Pic 2: Fit the body rear corner 96B over the four locating holes in the chassis plate on the other side as shown and fix using 4 x TM screws.

Store the model safely.
