STAGE 21:
Right lower subframe.
Pic 1: Fit the lower control arm 21B onto the frame 21A as shown and fix with 1 x AM screw from behind.
Pic 2: Fit the second control arm mount 21C as shown and fix using 1 x AM screw through the hole in the front.
Store the assembly safely.

STAGE 22:
Right front subframe.
Pic 1: Fit the two frame sections 22A and 22B together as shown and fix with 2 x CM screws.
Pic 2: Retrieve the assembly 21A from the previous stage and fit the frame 22A/B to it as shown. Fix using 2 x AM screws.
Store the assembly safely.

STAGE 23:
Right front shock absorber.
Pic 1: Retrieve the right frame assembly 22A from the previous stage and fit the radiator bracket 23A as shown. Fix it with 1 x CM screw.
Pic 2: Locate the shock absorber parts 23B, 23C, 23D and 23F. They will fit together in the order shown.
Pic 3: Assemble the shock absorber and fix with 1 x AP screw through parts 23B and 23C.
Pic 4: Fit the shock absorber to the frame 22B and fix with 1 x DM screw.
Pic 5: Store all parts safely for now.

STAGE 24A:
Right front suspension.
Pic 1: Retrieve the right frame 21A and fit the suspension top mount 24F into place. Fix from the other side with 2 x EP screws.
Pic 2: Assemble the upper control arm parts 24G, 24H and 24I as shown and fix with 2 x AM screws.
Pic 3: Fit the anti-roll bar parts 24B and 24C together and fix with 1 x ADM screw as shown.
Pic 4: Fit the spring 24E into the lower arm 24A.
Pic 5: Fit the arm 24A into the brackets 21B and 21C. The spring locates in the upper top mount 24F.
Pic 6: Secure the two ends of the lower arm with 2 x ACM screws.

STAGE 24B:
Pic 7: Fit the upper arm assembly in place on the top mount 21A and fix through the hole in the centre using 1 x AM screw.
Pic 8: Fit the suspension tether 24D as shown.
Pic 9: Compress the spring and fit the tether over the top mount as shown and fix with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 10: Fit the lower shock absorber piston 23E into the upper part 23B and fix the lower piston to the suspension arm with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 11: Fit the anti-roll bar bracket assembly to the lower arm as shown and fix with 1 x ADM screw.
Pic 12: Fit the steering knuckle 24J into place as shown and fix to the upper link 24I with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 13: Turn the assembly over and fix the lower end of the knuckle 24J to the arm 24A using 1 x FM screw.
Pic 14: Shows the completed assembly.

STAGE 25A:
Steering rods.
Pic 1: Press the brake line 25B into the two holes in caliper 25A as shown.
Pic 2: Fit the caliper 25A to the steering knuckle 24J as shown and fix with 2 x EP screws from behind.
Pic3: Locate the two parts of the brake disc 25C and 25D. The pins and holes on the faces will fit together.
Pic 4: Shows the assembled disc.
Pic 5: Locate the three tie rod parts 25E, 25F and 25G. Fit them together as shown and fix with 2 x DM screws.
Pic 6: Fit the centre link to the assembly as shown and fix with 1 x FM screw.

STAGE 25B:
Pic 7: Fit the tie rod 25F to the end of the steering knuckle 24J and fix with 1 x FM screw.
Pic 8: Shows a different view of the assembly.
Pic 9: Assemble the other side in the same way.
Pic 10: Fit the front cross member link 25I between the two side frames making sure the ‘curve’ in the link is upwards as shown. Fix with 1 x JM screw from the outside in each end.
Pic 11: Cut the line 25J into 2 x 150mm parts. Fit one of the lengths to the pin on the end of the caliper as shown.
Pic 12: Fit the other length of 25J onto the pin on the other caliper. NOTE: The printed instructions suggest joining the two calipers together with one piece of tubing which is impossible as the 150mm tube is not long enough. The instructions also make no use of the second 150mm pipe.
Pic 13: Fit the second cross beam between the side frames as shown and fix with 2 x AM screws.
