Issue 15

The Right Arm

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Start by retrieving the assembled right arm from the previous issue and fit the inner forearm edge (01R) over the forearm, picture 2. Secure it in place using a type “E” screw, picture 3.

Rotate the arm and fit the outer forearm edge (02R), picture 4, securing it a type “F” screw, picture 5.

Retrieve the upper arm assembly and attach the outer elbow pad (03R), pictures 6 and 7. Secure it in place using two type “G” screws, picture 8.

Now feed the cable from the forearm through the central hole in the chassis as shown in picture 9.

Attach the two parts together using 4 x type “G” screws, picture 10.

Picture 11 shows the completed assembly for this issue.

Issue 16

The Right Arm

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Retrieve the arm assembly from the previous issue and fit the right elbow (01R), taking care not to trap the cable. Secure it in place using 2 x type “E” screws, picture 2.

Add the right elbow segment (02R) to the assembly securing it using 3 x type “E” screws, picture 3.

From the outside of the arm, fit the right upper arm chassis (03R) and secure it in place using 2 x type “G” screws, pictures 4 and 5.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Issue 17

The Right Arm

Picture 1 shows the contents of this issue.

Add the right arm cover (01R) to the arm assembly as shown in picture 2, securing it in place using 2 x type “G” screws, picture 3.

Now place the right arm cover (02E) in a similar way as before on the opposite side of the arm, again securing it in place using 2 x type “G” screws, pictures 4 and 5. Finish fixing the cover with a third type “G” screw as shown in picture 6.

Finally, secure the outer edge of the shoulder chassis using 2 x type “E” screws, picture 7.

Picture 8 shows the completed assembly for this issue.

Take the arm assembly and attach the right arm cover (01R) securing it using 2 x type “E” screws, pictures 2 and 3. Make sure the cable passes through the arm.

That completes the assembly for this issue.

Begin by attaching the gold shoulder detail (01R) to the shoulder chassis (03R), securing them using 2 x type “E” screws, picture 2.
Turn the assembly over and place the upper gold shoulder detail, from the previous issue, over the shoulder chassis, picture 3, then place the red shoulder plate (02R) over the gold shoulder detail, picture 4.
Turn the assembly over once more and secure the parts in place using 2 x type “E” screws, picture 5.
That completes the assembly for this issue.
