STAGE 105A:

Seat and belts:

Pic 1: pass the red/gold belts 2 x 105D through the slots in the seat 105A from underneath.
Pull the belts all the way through.

Pic 2: Fix the ends of the belts to the seat with 2 x NP screws.

Pic 3: Fit the buckle parts 105B and 105C together, trapping the end of the belt 105E in between as shown.

Pic 4: Fix the parts together with 1 x NP screw from underneath.

Pic 5: Hook the other belt 105E to the buckle as shown.

STAGE 105B:

Pic 6: Pass the assembled belts through the side slots in the seat with the buckle facing up.

Pic 7: Fix the ends of the belts under the seat with 2 x NP screws.

Pic 8: Retrieve the main assembly and unclip the two cockpit side panels 14A and 16A.

Pic 9: Move the two shoulder belts out of the way as shown.

Pic 10: Fit the seat in place, pressing down until you hear a ‘click’.

Pic 11: Re-fit the two side panels 14A and 16A.

Store the model safely.

STAGE 106:

Steering wheel & display brackets:

Pic 1: Turn the model upside down and ideally, rest it carefully in your lap, avoiding the rear wing.
DO NOT try to lay it upside down on a hard surface as it would very probably cause damage, particularly to the rear wing assembly.
Fit the front support bracket 106B as shown and fix with 2 x DM screws.

Pic 2: With the model still safely supported, fit the rear bracket 106C and fix with 2 x IM screws.

Pic 3: Press-fit the steering wheel 106A in place.
It will only fit one way.

Pic 4: Again, with the model safely supported upside down, peel off the backing paper and fit the two metal deflectors 106D and 106E to the underside of the front wing end planes.

Store the model safely for now

STAGE 107:

Nose cone:

Pic 1: Locate the nose parts 107A and 107B.

Pic 2: Press-fit the parts together.

Pic 3: Fit the rings 107D onto the nose retaining pins 107C as shown.

Pic 4: Store the parts safely.

STAGE 108:

Upper body:

Pic 1: Connect the nose section 107A to the front of the main upper body 38A and fix with 2 x NP screws and 1 x YP screw.

Pic 2: Press-fit the two side sections to the inside of the upper body as shown.
The parts are handed and will only fit on the correct sides.

Pic 3: Another view of the fitted parts.

Pic 4: Store the assembly safely for now.

STAGE 109:

Upper body:

Pic 1: Fit the rear winglet parts 109A and 109B together and fix with 3 x AP screws.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 2: Fit the other winglet part 109C in place on the other side and fix with 3 x AP screws.

Pic 3: Fit the assembly to the right side of the main body 108A and fix with 3 x DP screws on the inside edge and 1 x AP screw on the outside.

Pic 4: Press-fit the mirrors 109E and 109G into the holders 109D and 109F.
The parts will only fit one way.

Pic 5: Fit the mirrors into the sides of the main body as shown.
Take care not to bend and break the mirror stalks.

Store the assembly safely
