STAGE 16:

Rear frame.

Pic 1: Fit the 2 x suspension bases 16-2 to the top of the frame 16-1 as shown and fix with 2 x ‘D’ screws in each.

Pic 2: Retrieve the hub assembly from the previous stage and fit it against the frame as shown.
The 4 x flexible brackets on the ends of the swing arms locate in the 4 x recesses on the frame.
This is quite fiddly so it is suggested you fix them as follows:

Pic 3: Position the arm 14-A first, ignoring the other three fixings for now.
Fix with 1 x ‘G’ screw.
Then position the end of arm 15-2, and fix with 1 x ‘G’ screw.

Pic 4: Position the ends of the ‘A’ shaped arm 15-1 in the locating holes and fix with 2 x ‘G’ screws.

Pic 5: From the other side, fix the tops of the dampers using 4 x ‘R’ screws.

Store the assembly safely.
