Hi Guys,
This is my first attempt at a wooden model ship and thought that this one would be a good start ??
Does anyone have any hints or tips on how to plank the hull ? It all looks straight forward in the instructions but like life it ain't that easy !
Thanks

hi phil. yes the planking can be daunting at first, but patience and a very steep learning curve is required here, just take one plank at a time, offer it up to frame and soak the plank to get more flexibility, then trim shape and bevel plank until your happy with the fit.and make sure you have chamfered the bow and stern frames so that you get a nice curve with the said plank.good luck and enjoy.
