data0002 wrote:Thank's for the reply Admin, but i have one more question will the tool box come with 5 & 6 or will it come with the order with the others on the 27th No problem. I don’t think these have arrived into the warehouse either yet so it’s doubtful that they will be in the parcel next week. They are coming from a different location to the ship components. I'll provide an update on those next week. Admin

Thanks for the correction as to the identity of the launch - I guess you have correctly rumbled me for being a bit of a nOOb when it comes to the names of various what-nots. Quote:
Life was so cheap then that lifeboats weren't thought necessary.
Same thing with the RFC a century later - not suprising that (yet another 100 years later) we still send men out to fight without sensible equipment... maybe we'll get it right next century?). Quote:One thing I've noticed, the number of oars/rowing positions shown on the launch in this series is far fewer than the launch HMS Victory carried? Are you sure that it's the Barge/Pinnace/Cutter/Launch that you think that it is? Only asking, since launches/Pinnace's/Admirals Barges and cutters all look the same to me until they are painted or compared to each other. (then they become 'Big ones and little-r ones...). Schnellboots on back burner

I think that we guys and girls all involved in this forum , should get to gether and build the real thing. Go an sailing trips the money collected from these trips be giving to the poor of each country on a rotation basis. Also educating the young and giving them an adventure they would never forget.Think big and dreams can come true. Our Goverments could part fund this .
