MISSING PARTS.
Like many other members I collect my Victory magazine from my local newsagent with very few problems, and have today been to collect issue 110.
The newsagent said “strange there are no parts supplied with this issue” and we both examined the packaging which was intact and sealed. He contacted his supplier, WHS, who stated that it would take eight weeks to get a replacement copy. This is totally unacceptable as the series is almost complete.
I contacted customer services who suggested that I reorder direct with them with an estimated delivery of 28 days, by far the better option.
My main concern now is that as we are nearing the end of this build, has the quality control dropped off, and we are likely to encounter more problems in the last remaining issues?
Some reassurances from admin would be appreciated regarding the above.
Regards

Sorry to hear of your missing parts pack.

Its certainly not a case of quality control tailing off, but that you were unlucky.
As you can imagine 1000's are packaged, where an odd one might slip the net.

Hopefully the replacement won't take too long.

Hi Mr T.
Many thanks for your reassurances re QC.
My newsagent is returning the rogue issue to the wholesaler and I have ordered issue 110 direct from DeAg.
Hopefully back to normal service next week.
Cheers
