what right knot to use on the anchor and has anyone got any pics cos the the post in the other forum is different to the one in the issue

I have followed Mike Turpin's example in the 'Getting the Anchor Right' thread. The warm fuzzy feeling from getting this detail extra-right was worth it. Schnellboots on back burner

I'll be follow Mike's advice on the anchor knot too......when I actually get to start

Sorted....finaly got the knots done on my anchors....not quite as tricky as ...Mike T's puddening and seezing......but they look good ...but only after a full re-build...

Thanks Jamie, I had totally lost track as to where that picture of the anchor knot was  (quickly saves to pictures) I haven't started mine as yet, but at least I know where to look now  By the way, did you visit that model centre up our way? No probs jonny. I haven't been to anglia model centre because I emailed them a question just after you told me where they were and I still haven't had a reply. So if they can't be bothered to answer me then I can't be bothered to shop there. Have you been in there since they moved??
