So far behind with this one, I doubt I will go for the cross section, but still time to change my mind if things start moving on. Don't tell the missus.

Can I echo all the above comments and give my thanks to Mr. T for his time and efforts in not only with the official builds but also in taking the time to answer any questions or queries we lesser mortals may have. And also a big thumbs up to Deag too for this forum without it I am sure our builds wouldn't be the same. I am only up to issue 48 so have another 18 months or so before I get to 120 so this carrot will be dangling a lot longer for me . Completed models,Hachette Titanic.Deags. Hms Victory. Hachette Hems Hood.Ongoing builds. Deags Akagi,Deags Sovereign of the Seas,Deags Spitfire,On my wish list.Yamato.Royal Navy world war 2 aircraft carrier.

I add my thanks to all the above. I am also still busy planking, but have downloaded all of Tomick's diary, and refer to that as well as the mag instructions. Also, thanks to the forum, I have already made one enhancement: the entry ports. First of many. I eagerly await my parts 87 to 200, and continuing with the cross section. I just would like to share my thanks to Tomick for his skill and knowlage in the production of this model of HMS Victory, in over 2 years we have all asked for his guidence and put him through the mill on some subjects but he always came though for the forum to which some of us without him help the victory would have been a burning monument on everyones bonfife night. Big thanks. Builds in progress: HMS Victory.HMS Surprise. Completed builds: Revell London Bus 1/24. Builds to do:Sovereign of the seas, Hms Albion.

i could not have built it without your help tomick. thanks are there any new pictures of the cross section yet, or have i missed them somewhere, as i keep reading about how good it is, but the pictures in the magazine insert did not show something that was in keeping with the quality expected of all the other wonderful ships on sale. Come on you Jimmies

Once again many thanks guys, and a huge thanks to you guys for your contributions to the forum. Its not the end, but the start of a new journey.
Bob, I'm sure there will be a update of images soon. The incredible thing is that its construction pretty much copy's that of how a section of the real ship was constructed along with its content, which in itself is a feat of clever design in terms of it being a model.
I'll be posting up the first issue of build early next week and the roll out will be week-on-week thereafter with the exception of the odd holiday etc.
