im having a bit bother getting the middle c ring to go on the r/s front suspension as any anyone got any tips iv got all the l/s done easy enough and 2 on the r/s on but the the middle for some reason wont clip on   would do with some advice to where im going wrong

Its a case of eliminating which of the two (or both) is the cause, then it sounds a replacement might be in order as its unlikely that either part can be rectified to resolve the problem.
Have you tried a different 'C' clip just to check that one is not damaged or poorly moulded?
It could be that the arm end that the clip is secured to is damaged or not cast as it should be.

cheers tomick for the advice took the other 2 rings off and stared again and now they have all gone on now its starting to look like the real thing for my photo diary of how it was built.
