I am painting my model so to facilitate the adhesion of the small hammock parts I am going to use my razor saw to scrib very shallow groves along the top of the rails (Where I can) My razor saw is .5mm and the hammocks are .4mm approx
This serves several purposes.
1) Leaves a clean surface for the glue to stick too
2) I can easily mark the location of each part above the pillars
3) The shallow grove gives the part more to stick too (I hope)
If you try this be very careful as the top rail is only just over 1mm thick
