and ditch Mercedes!

McLaren are looking to ditch Mercedes and reunite with Honda as they do not want to pay £8million for their engines.

McLaren get their F1 engines for free but will have to start paying from next season.

A source said: “There is no way McLaren will stay as a customer for Mercedes engines.”

McLaren and Honda dominated F1 in the late 80s and early 90s.

Oooh YES - I'd love to hear them referred to as McLaren-Honda again!!

Just need to get rid of that naff chrome paint now, which will probably happen anyway if they aren't associated with Mercedes anymore - due to that 'Silver Arrows' nostalgia thing - then they could paint them a luvverly MP4 Red and White again, then tell the FIA to stuff their anti-Tobacco advertising regulations where the sun don't shine and invite Marlboro back. Then they put Bruno Senna in one of the cars and the job's a good 'un!!! LOL LOL

A Bruno drive could well happen, and would be good to see them reunite with Honda.

Can't happen with McLaren next year surely Tom? They already have Button/Perez in place for next year. Did I misunderstand your point and you mean he may well still get a drive somewhere in 2013 or do you know something I don't about a McLaren/Senna partnership? Sneaky
