Hi all,

I'm new here and have just subscribed to this excellent Zero. Can someone tell me how many 'Stages' I will be sent in the first package? Will it just be 'Stage 1'?

The reason I ask is that Stages 1-4 are included in the PDF file I downloaded.

If it is just 'Stage 1', is it possible to additionally purchase Stages 2-4?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Baron

Welcome Baron, good to see another Zero builder. Cool

You should be receiving parts which equate to the four stages of build per delivery and as per the instructions download.

Hi Tomick.

Thanks for your quick reply.

To clarify, do we receive four 'Stages' with each 'Issue'?
So, for example, 'Issue 1' - Stages 1-4, 'Issue 2' - Stages 5-8 etc.

On another subject, I recently discovered that Model Factory Hiro has just released their 'skeletal' Zero kit in 1/32 scale - using brass photo-etching and white metal. Are these two products related in any way?

Thanks once again.

Best regards,
Derek

Hi Derek,

Correct, parts for stages 1-4 in pack 1 then 5-8 in pack 2 etc etc, you should also receive via email, a link for the instructions download for each pack you receive.

I'm unable to confirm if the Hiro model is linked, though it does look remarkably similar but does not appear to have lighting.

Hi Tomick,

Thanks again for your prompt reply and for the clarification - much appreciated!

I must say, I can't wait for the packs to arrive!

In the meantime, I'll be reading through your excellent stage-by-stage build in this forum.

All the best,
Baron

Hi Tomick,

I have one more question for you.

Is it possible to purchase more than one 'Issue/Pack' at a time?

The reason I ask is that such an option would reduce the length of time it would take to acquire all of the parts required to build the model.

Obviously, this would also mean that instead of paying £32 for one Issue/pack, you would have to pay £64 for two Issues/Packs, but at least the individual has the option to choose.

Thanks!

Best regards,
Baron
