Hi Roberius

Did you check if yours were sent on Friday? Check you online account here, you will need to register if you have not already done so.

Don't forget we are in the hands of Royal Mail so even though they left us on Friday, it could take up to a week to go through their system.

Mine were posted out on the 7th also, they have not arrived as yet, but I am not having a hissy-fit and tearing my hair out. If they do not turn up by the end of the week, then I will get on the phone and ask someone to look into things. No point in getting high blood pressure and ranting at Admin, when the fault lies somewhere else.

I'm not too worried yet. If I don't receive them by the weekend I'll drop a line. I haven't started building but so excited by the challenge & can't wait for the next excellent articles in the magazines.

Cheers chaps

Aye aye sir!

Just a quick note to let you know that mine arrived this morning (4,5 and 6 minus magnifying helping hands, which was expected as they weren't listed on my bill)

Now if I can just get moved and set back up again .. likely to be another month before I can do anything.

Hi Snowtiger

Thanks for your patience, sounds like people are now receiving them so hopefully yours will be with you imminently.

Let us know when you get them and what you think.

Hi Smichc

I've replied to your other post on this subject here.

I'll reply to your third query on the same subject shortly, would be helpful if you can only post it once so I can try and intervene in other queries on the forum BigGrin

Hi smichc

Please see this post I have already done re the toolkit.

Again, it would be helpful if you only ask the question once so we can try and interve in other user posts where necessary BigGrin

Hi dedworthdog

I understand these were originally sent out out 3 May and Customer Services have replaced today and confirmed this on the phone.

Hope these issues make it to you.
