What do you use for the board to assemble your frames on?

i used an old cork posterboard thing that my kids used to have on their wall. this let me push pins into it and was flat and rigid enough not to bend. Come on you Jimmies

Whatever type of board you use it must be perfectly flat and have a grain which easily accepts modelling or map pins. Most model aircraft outlets sell various sizes of pin board specific for the task which are generally finger jointed to prevent warp.http://www.slecuk.com/ca...ogue/Building-Aids.html
