My cannon building was brought to a shuddering halt when the 'Ol Vic' was raided by a pair of Mexican Tarantulas which had been hiding in the stern cabins.
Fortunately I had completed enough of the 12 pounders to drive the spidiferous creatures away although they did leg-leg-leg-leg-leg-leg-leg-leg it off with several reels of rigging thread!LOL

Hope you enjoy!!

Robin

Glad you are liking it guys, got to have a little fun to break up the serious modelling!
In actual fact the two 'tarantulas' are actually the same one or rather my real one's last two shed skins!
I was going to bring "Maya" out of her vivarium and let her go for walkies across the deck, the problem is tarantulas are so primitive that their miniscule brains aren't capable of remembering where their burrow is so they leave a very fine trail of silk behind them to follow back home, I did'nt fancy trying to clean that up afterwards!BigGrin
"Maya"'s very good a playing grab keep and eat!, I don't think she's into 'fetch' so much!!LOL

Now, where's me ferret?
