Hi Admin
I'm not one of the numerous moaners and didn't want to clog up the forum with more 'where's my stuff' posts but I can't get into my subscription account. It says 'This profile is locked. To unlock this profile, please contact customer services'. At present I have no landline and limited credit on my mobile phone so hoped you could unlock my profile for me.

Hi Robert No problem at all. You can contact Customer Services throguh our Ask a Question tab in our FAQs if needs, link is here. I've unlocked your My Subscritpions account so you should be able to get in now. Could you check and let me know (on forum is fine). (I've also deleted your email address from your post  ) Admin
