I do not know what is going on here, my missus took a call a week ago saying 1+2 had been sent out yesterday, well I haven't got them and neither has the post office. In the meantime 5+6 have arrived and so have the tools I ordered. I am not at all covinced 1+2 has been sent. BTW 5+6 arrived wednesday

I remember this from last week. I've asked Customer Service to check and give you a call. If needs they will send a replacement by recorded delivery.

Thanks Admin,
They have called and said one will go out recorded deliery on Monday, if it turns up tomorrow we'll get onto customer services first thing Monday morning
