glue for bamboo planks Options

Confused I have used alphatic glue but it won't hold the bamboo planks on to the plywood frames can any one tell me which glue holds bamboo fast to the plywood. thank for your help in advance.

Have you lightly sanded the laser-ash from the frame edges which can prevent good adhesion.

I use aliphatic and its okay, a standard PVA wood glue should also be okay

Confused yes I have sanded all edges of the frames but the planks were not hard to pull off after 24 hrs drying time.
although the rear counter planks are all held firmly.

Presume you have glued the planks to each other as well as to the frames?
