Hi guys,

Apparently four binders are required to store the McLaren mags. I only received one (the free one with issue 2). The rest are supposed to be charged at issues 17, 32, 47 and 62. I am at 32, but haven't received any additional binders yet. I was under the impression they will be charged and sent automatically. Did any of you receive the binders? Should I explicitly request it?

Check with customer services that you are noted to receive them as it could be that an opt is noted on your account

Thanks for the reply Mr T. However, our local supplier is quite useless when it comes to customer service. I will see if I can get an answer from them.

Hi Kratos. I get my issues on subscription but I do have to email a request to JE to get the binders. Haven't had a problem with them. I decided to go for five binders as each holds 20 and four won't quite make it. I'm putting 17 per binder.

Really? You never had a problem with JE if you communicate via email? They NEVER respond to my emails. A month ago I sent them an email asking about the folders, but the haven't replied since. This is not the first time this had happened. This pretty much happens every single time I email them. One time I tried to phone, but he "very helpful" lady on the phone said I should send an email....

So, what's your secret in getting a response from them?
