the Hayabusa is an awesome bike of that there is no doubtBigGrin I need something like youre doing and stick to the original design Cool I got slightly carried away with the 'Cornish' theme of black and gold for this one but in future I'll stick to the planBigGrin its just hard to find something that 'hits the spot' like the McLaren didBored keep up the good work Nem, I'll be interested in the outcome of your buildBigGrin thanks for the comment Trev appreciated

I am in need of a little helpBlushing the screw holding the handlebars and the forks together has rounded off slightly and so now Im finding it hard to get out shown here

another shot the brass tube is incasing the screw Angry

the tubing on the front of the frame became unstuck and the forks just came outBlink

now, do I prise open the frame hoping it wont disturb too much of the build or persist in trying some way of removing the screw, and starting over? any help would be appreciated thankyou
