Missed this one, nice dirt, plaster of paris I suspect but done with water and not PVA or am I wrong, if right it will be a bit delicate but what a cracker. Look good on an Ardennes dio HMS Surprise HMS Snake HMS Bounty HMS Royal Caroline HMS Victory rebuild HMS Supply

It is plaster of paris with Mig pigments, with a splash of pva to hold it and then some linseed oil to make it look wet in places.
