Tried to log into subscription last night and entered my password in incorrectly couple times (had caps on typical ) So now my account is locked, can you possibly unlock it please?

Thanks admin for fixing problem #1 problem #2 still exist which i posted about in a diffrent thread, might aswell continue to use this one to get it fixed :) http://yfrog.com/0hpaymentagj
On the system it looks like you guys recieved a cheque but "think" its to do with my account. But i pay by debit and 2 debit charges have gone out succesful yet my balance because of the cheque is now up +11.99 not 0.00 the cheque is also dated 31/12/2101 ? lol computer error? Regards Ben E

Hmmmm so they accept cheques dated way off into the future if I was an evil man this could turn into a real cheap model (ok just checked my subscriptions and I have the same thing seems its the companys way of sorting out sending out the extra issues early to some of us)

It's not the only thing they do in the future, I got an email from them on monday (17th)saying that they can confirm that my issues 1 & 2 had been sent out on the 20th!!

lol at least were being honest to Deagostini, especially after all the help they gave us.
We could of just kept quiet and when next issues sent it would prob think we all ready paid for it thanks to that cheque ;)

Help Admin re subscription account I don't seem to exist I can't log in, when given an emergency password to log in and change to a more memorable password it will not accept it, also when entering my account no and postcode still nothing happens I have even tried to delete my account and start afresh as advised my customer services and still no joy HELP

HMS Victory - Same situation has everyone else, grumpy till the next issue gets delivered!

Hi Admin! ACCOUNT ERROR! I've check My Subscription again today and the error shown in #7 posted 20 May 2010 09;05;37 of this thread still hasn't been corrected. In my subscription your have a payment received by cheque for £11.98 dated 31-12-2101, this is an error the two payment 17-05-2010 & 18-05-2010 both for £11.98 have been taken for my bank account and the balance in my subscription should be £0.00. Can you PLEASE check this account and correct the error!. THANK YOU! Son of Bulwark.

Hi PDyner! There computer might show that my account is 0.00, but not on my subscription page it still hasn't had the dummy payment removed and they have confirmed that payment has been received. So someone isn't doing their job! Can Admin PLEASE GET IT SORTED THIS TIME!

still no reply!? ADMIN, please solve the problem on my subscriptions login, 6 days has been long enough to sort the problem out and the lack of decency to at least leave a reply saying "whatever", knowing you were logged in on the 28th leaves me trully sad and upset! unless you are looking to have one more cancelled subscription, id say again, please solve this issue, otherwise i will not have any other alternative!!!
