Hi all,
I ordered the zero kit a couple of weeks ago, and have been so eagerly waiting for my first parts to arrive so I can get started on what looks like a brilliant model, only to receive my first parts pack and am missing the small gear ring and a screw for the propellor assembly.... Am gutted!
Can someone please advise the best course of action to arrange for the missing bits to be supplied?

I have found that customer service is extremely helpful. I have called them a couple of times, and have dealt with them via email. Both methods have been equally effective. Calling seems to be a matter of timing. DON'T do it on your lunch break! I have found that 3-4 in the afternoon seems to be the best. I hope this helps! Mark Tired, Old, and Cranky!

Thanks, I dropped them an E-mail yesterday.... Just have to see if I hear back today, otherwise they will get a phone call....

I have heard back from customer services, and they have assured me that the missing parts are on the way :-)
Shame I may have to wait up to 28 days to get the propellor made up though ;-(
