Have to say though, I am surprised to see you are not using a jig to ensure the keel remains straight and true, I believe it to be very important especially on a build of this size..... As for the keel it has been glue and dry up before glue to other parts at the same time as shown in the four pictures.

I only managed to get this far with my build for a number of reasons.

At the Moment I am on the sovereign of the seas build but that victory model keeps calling me.

Your enthusiasm is catching and I am thinking I need to dust of the victory and do some more.

Looks good but you might think of faring it a little more, maybe fitting some balsa infills might help as more experienced builders on the site have done.
