First photo of lots. Opened the section with the wood in it, to check the fit of the parts, which was very good.

The Victory's 12lb cannon. Needs some yellow ocher paint on on it, this can wait until I'm actually building the Victory.

A bit more work on the Victory. The paints in the back right corner are admiralty paints for the Endeavour.

Added the bulkheads to the keel, to see how things look. Not glued them in yet, I want the complete deck before I do. The keel wasn't totally straight when I bought it.

Balsa added to the bow.

More work on the ships boat

Overview of the build so far. The frames are not glued in yet.

The mast is actually the foremast for the Endeavour, it just happens to be the right diameter.

Not too long to go before I get the deck, things will look a lot better once the deck is in place. The balsa will be used to help keep the bulkheads square.

I have added the lowest deck to the hull, not glued it in place just yet. I'll be gluing it into place soon and I'll try using some of the left over nails from the HMB Endeavour since issue 17 didn't come with any. Odd thing is issue 17 in the UK did comes with some small nails for the deck. Not sure when they will come out here, they are only used on the 1st deck.

It's straighter than it looks, also the front section is only just sitting there and is not glued in at that point.

Also any bend in the hull has straightend itself out once the two decks were in place.
