Hummer does not come with a magazine as such.

You will be emailed a link and password to the instructions download site, which allows you too download the instructions for each despatch as they are sent out.

No free gifts.

Hi I just got my first batch of parts but have not had any email with links to instructions or anything. Any links in emails I do have go to 404 errors.

I found out why. Microsofts outlook.com is flagging all of your emails as fraud.

Have flagged this up to Admin, though I am sure we have many customers with Outlook and can't say I've seen this flagged up before.

Probably spam rather than fraud.. I always look in my spam folder in outlook and just tell it it's not spam.

No it is actually singled out as fraud, its happened to my company too. Its generally to do with the structure of the emails. Since Microsoft migrated Hotmail to Outlook their Email checking system has got much stricter. Whoever manages the auto mailer should check it out as the template may need changing.

This aside I really prefer not having a magazine. PDF's take up much less space and I never read anything but the instructions anyway.

Cheers, I hope to get started on my Hummer this evening / during the week. BigGrin

I already have all my paint for the model as humbrol spray is all half price in modelzones closing down sale.

I have attached a screenshot of what happens in my outlook. Regardless of adding the addresses to my contacts and pressing show content it alerts them as fraud again.

Not a big issue now I know its happening but there are 2 different addresses.

The customer care one was going in junk while the other ones still made it to the inbox. Huh

I am still building HMS Victory. issue 112 at present so not long now. The Rigging has taken longer than I thought but as this is my first build of this type to be expected.

The hummer will be my next build. decided to go for something different and non static. Busy stockpiling parts at present, so far 3 deliveries plus I have downloaded the instructions.

If you are still have problems downloading let me have an EMail address and I will forward on the 1st three sets to you so you can get started.

Hint. A duplex printer will save you paper when printing
