the pic above, shows how I lined up the ply sides. first I put a pin in the corner as you can see, then adjusted the notches on the ribs, strangly no adjustments were needed on the other side.

Hi Karl, I hope you do not mind me saying but have you got the forward bulk head the right way round, as the bowsprit hole should be on the starboard side offset on the ship?
