BigGrin Hi All
I decided to get this one done and dusted before doing the Bismark, I have already done a revue of the kit all I will add here is Nemesis pointed out my kit was the older version and being older has some strange foibles like cutting out slots for pieces to be fitted intoBlink . Apart from that its quite a straight forward build and no major problems encountered so far, the etch parts look good when fitted and I still smile when field grey turns out to be greenLOL . So heres some pic's of progress so far

BigGrin Hi All
Some more progress, the hull has had the wheels and upper hull added and some more etch at the rear. The front and rear mud guards have been added with the etch parts, this took a while as the front mud guards are moveable and spring loaded so it took me a while to make the hinges up from the parts and to make the holding pins from some not very straight wire the pics show the spings work. More Akagi arrived today so il be consentrating on that for a while
regards
