To Admin. I've just been on the De'agostino shop page and they are out of stock on the Victory paint set. Will you be getting any more in stock? An answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Dave H

They do seem to be very disorganised to say the least. I have just checked where the latest issues are and see that they posted issues 7,8,9 and 10 yesterday along with the tool kit. I am still waiting for a replacement for the magnifying glass and stand which was sent minus the magnifying glass. Customer services say they have sent me 2 replacements, none of which have arrived! I too am begining to wonder if this is worth while.

Hi,
I also ordered my paint set from Cornwall Models, genuine Admiralty paints (think they are manufactured by/for Jotika) they also have a great range of tools & accessories, fast delivery & reasonable prices. Worth a shot.

Hi steveblyman I've asked Customer Services to contact you to confirm the situation re your paints. As soon as we went out of stock on them we pulled them from the site so if your order was accepted they should be on route to you. Also, the online My Subscriptions is up again now. Admin

Hi Admin, Could you check to see if my order went through? I ordered a set over a week ago, but cannot find a confirmation email anywhere. The payment has gone out of my bank though Thanks Graham
