I received this email today pm ...should I be concerned and who are Jacklin Enterprises who say they have been trying to contact me all week ...received no email from them re delays ...and why do they have my details ??? No need for concern.
Jacklin are a distribution group who operate on behalf of DeAgostini/ModelSpace.
They have been contacting customers of the D51 and Samurai as there was a hitch with despatch. Most received a phone call, but the odd few who could not be spoken to via phone have been sent an email.
Jacklin are a South African based company who also have a distribution office in the UK.

just received an e mail, why bother this month late. next month cant send this month be cause of legal technecally [cant spell]only aloud to send 4 issues a month there fore next iss1u will be 4 weeks late sorry next will be issue 3 cant send 2 MUST BE SENT AS BACK ORDER IS

I've just had an Email from Mr Manamela in S.Africa, telling me my order will be dispatched soon. This is after an Email on Monday saying it would be dispatched within 48 hours, an Email on Wednesday saying something vague and another one last Friday. Plus my Account tells me it's already been dispatched today. It all seems a little muddled and is certainly very confusing

IT'S ARRIVED  just when I had given up for today as the postie had already been and delivered some other parcels I had been waiting for, along came a big red van with a very large brown Jiffy size 8 bag for me
