Here we go again.... i know we are only supposed to write nice things
about the products and services we receive.... but i cannot justify
NOT receiving my parts after supposedly being posted on the 14th
and not arrived yet but my credit card has been charged and of course
customer services are closed today.... keep up the good work eh!

Morf360 If you post your winges in a forum it then becomes a public domain so any replies are relevant , if I remember correctly you said in your last post there was no reason to return to the forum. Please be aware that this forum is a place for like minded individuals with an interest in model making to discuss model making. It is not somewhere that is equipped to solve customer account or delivery matters.
Customer Services are paid to deal with such matters, therefore I suggest that you contact customer services.

Dont DeAg say allow 14 days for shipping does that not equate to the 28th?? not sure why you would be kicking off after 9 days?????? As for customer services being closed on the day your whim decides to ring them!! speechless!!
