I have today just received all the magazines and parts which cover the cross section (issues 121 - 150) and I am looking forward to this build but I have a question straight away. Can anyone let me know what part no 1 of the laser cut pieces is for in the 1st mag as I can not see any mention of this part in the magazine or the build diary.

Hi Sandy, Welcome to this build, it's great fun. Those two parts (#1) don't get used on the build. I don't know what they were for, perhaps the build was subsequently revised.
